In the spirit of “be the change you want to see in your network”…
Believe it or not, it has been 33 years and counting- teaching traditional martial arts and the wisdom traditions here at UC San Diego
From more than three decades, we have strived to add the whole person education to the unique UCSD mix- fostering character, confidence AND competence into the UC San Diego experience.
Today, students that began their martial arts journey in our classes are themselves teaching in several cities & universities across the globe with black belts of their own passing on the tradition.
We are a small but mighty group, less interested in quantity but more in developing quality human beings that better our world!
As we start yet another Fall quarter, I thought I would get the word out to help cultivate healthy habits to offset the stress inherent in the college/life experience with the wellness benefits of energizing mind, body and spirit.
As they say …your mission is my mission!
