REAL HEROES: As one of the 30 all-stars honored in 2009 President Obama spotlighted Richard Nares personally in his address with the other 4 living presidents. Now, San Diego’s very own Richard Nares has been nominated as CNN Hero of the Year! Vote for him and if he wins, the Emilio Nares Foundation (ENF) will win $250,000 to ensure that no child misses their cancer treatment due to lack of transportation.

Rainbow Mountain:
There are some unbelievable natural formations located all around the globe, however, due to distances involved, many of us will never have the chance to visit these sites.
Experience a mountain range called “Rainbow Mountain” located in part of the Zhangye Danxia Landform Geological Park in China.

Layers of different colored sandstone and minerals were pressed together millions of years ago and then buckled up by tectonic plates and this is the result…
